Terms & Conditions

• Booking Confirmation
  All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment.

• Refunds & Cancellations
  Cancellations by the client are permitted up to 30 days from the event. In the event the client cancels or fails to proceed with the booking within 30 days of event, all payments will be retained.

• Rescheduling
  Rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of the artist and subject to availability, but is not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply.

• Force Majeure
  In the rare case that the artist cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond her control (e.g., illness, emergencies, or force majeure events), best efforts will be made to reschedule or arrange a suitable alternative.

 

By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
